A 30-minute, one-to-one consultation led by La Luna’s highly experienced clinic manager. It is designed to help you understand your options and make an informed decision — not to pressure you into treatment. There is no obligation to book or buy a treatment.

What to Expect During Your Assessment

1 — Start with your goals
We begin by listening to what you have noticed, what concerns you most and what a worthwhile, natural-looking outcome would mean to you.

2 — Review your skin and treatment history
We ask about relevant health information, medicines, allergies, recent cosmetic treatments and previous procedures that may affect your options.

3 — Assess the area in person
Our clinic manager will look at the skin quality, visible laxity and the areas you would like assessed, including how they appear at rest and in natural movement. Where clinical assessment or medical clearance is required, an appropriately qualified treating practitioner will confirm suitability before treatment.

4 — Compare suitable options
We explain whether Thermage FLX, Merz Ultherapy, Rejuran, another approach or no treatment may be worth considering, together with realistic expectations, limitations, risks, recovery, aftercare and current pricing.

5 — Leave with a clear next step
You receive a personalised recommendation: what to prioritise, what may not be necessary and what the next step would be if you choose to proceed.
