Treatment Process (Step-by-Step)

Initial Consultation – 15 to 20 minutes

• Skin is assessed for laxity, texture, and specific concerns (e.g., jawline sagging, eye area, neck).

• Medical history and contraindications are reviewed.

• A customized treatment plan is created based on skin type, age, and treatment goals.

Preparation – 5 to 10 minutes

• Treatment area is thoroughly cleansed to remove all oils, makeup, or skincare products.

• A conductive gel is applied to enhance energy delivery and protect the epidermis.

V-ST Treatment – 15 to 30 minutes

• The V-ST handpiece is moved in slow, circular or linear motions over the target area.

• Bipolar RF energy gently heats the dermis to 39–42°C, stimulating collagen and elastin production.

• Treatment is comfortable and relaxing, often described as a warm massage.

• Each zone (e.g., cheeks, forehead, neck) takes 5–10 minutes, depending on size.

Post-Treatment Finish – 5 minutes

• The gel is removed and a soothing serum or moisturizer is applied.

• Post-treatment care and sunscreen are applied (if needed).

• Aftercare instructions are reviewed with the client.

Total Session Duration: 30–60 minutes, depending on the number and size of treatment areas.

Pre-Treatment Care

Please follow these guidelines before your Viora V-ST skin tightening session:

• Avoid sun exposure and tanning (including tanning beds and self-tanning products) for at least 5–7 days prior.

• Discontinue the use of active skincare ingredients such as retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, and vitamin C for 3 days before treatment.

• Do not undergo chemical peels, waxing, or abrasive exfoliation in the treatment area within 7 days of the session.

• Arrive with clean skin — free from makeup, creams, oils, or lotions.

• Stay well hydrated — drink water throughout the day leading up to your appointment.

• Inform your therapist of any implants, skin conditions, allergies, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Post-Treatment Care

To support healing and maximize results, please observe the following:

• Mild redness or warmth is normal and typically fades within a few hours.

• Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily for at least 1 week post-treatment.

• Avoid direct sun exposure during the healing period.

• Do not use retinol, acids, scrubs, or exfoliants on the treated area for 3–5 days.

• Refrain from saunas, hot showers, or intense exercise for 24–48 hours.

• If a facial area was treated, avoid makeup for 12–24 hours.

• Keep the skin moisturized with a gentle, hydrating product.

• Drink plenty of water to aid collagen regeneration and recovery.

Treatment Timeline

• Recommended Number of Sessions:
  A course of 4 to 6 sessions is typically advised, performed once per week or every 10 days.

• Visible Results:

  • Immediate tightening and a subtle lift may be visible after the first session.

  • Progressive improvement in skin firmness, elasticity, and texture is seen over 4–8 weeks as collagen regeneration continues.

• Maintenance:
